IMPORTANT Please read before purchasing your tickets.
Some email providers are flagging the QR codes on our tickets as junk or spam when we are sending them out. If you do not receive your ticket(s) within an hour, please check these mailboxes first. If your ticket(s) is still not present please email tickets@rainmakerevents.ca to retrieve them.
There are a couple steps you could do first to ensure you have your tickets before you arrive.
- We only need to scan the QR code for entry so if you take a screenshot, print, or take a picture of each ticket this will suffice.
- Also, you can add tickets@rainmakerevents.ca to your safe sender list.
Another option is to come to the box office on site at the front gate and we can verify your info and re print your ticket. Rest assured we will always be able to retrieve your tickets for you.
