Photography Agreement

This Photography Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Rainmaker Event Organizing Entity] ("Rainmaker") and the attending photographer ("Photographer").

1. Photography Submission

1.1 Photographer agrees to submit all photographs taken during the Rainmaker event ("Event") upon request by a representative of Rainmaker Events for the purposes described in item 1.2 upon conclusion of the Event.

1.2 Rainmaker shall have the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and publish the submitted photographs without any further license, royalty, or compensation required.

2. Ownership

2.1 All submitted photographs shall remain the property of the Photographer.

3. Release

3.1 Photographer hereby grants Rainmaker the right to use the photographs in any manner consistent with promoting the Event and the Rainmaker brand.

3.2 Rainmaker agrees not to alter the photographs without prior consent from the Photographer.

4. Media Pass Revocation

4.1 Rainmaker reserves the right to revoke the media pass granted to any Photographer at any time, and for any reason, at the discretion of Rainmaker staff.

5. Indemnification

5.1 Photographer warrants that they have the legal right to grant the rights specified in this Agreement, and that the submission of the photographs does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

6. Governing Law

6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.

7. Entire Agreement

7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
